On the 26 of march we went to do kidpower at the M.C. We learnt to defend ourselves in an emergency situation. Such as if someone grabs you, you'd yank up, push down or rip to the side to get away.

During the last two weeks Room 10 children have been working on a technology challenge for homework. The technology challenge was to create an item of wearable art that was made completely of recycled materials. The children were judged on the following criteria:

1. All materials are recyclable



2. The aesthetic quality of the wearable art



3. The design process (modifications)

The children strutted their stuff on the catwalk on Thursday 26 March.

Grubby Day!

In week 5 with our buddy class we helped fill the vegetable beds with top soil and compost. Did you know that you can get lots of different types of soil. We made a line and passed the buckets filled with grubby soil along the line. Eventually we filled the beds.
